Classes Beginning in May

Get Healthy, have FUN!!

• Karate For Kids (ages 5 and up)
• Adult Karate
• Women's Self Defense Classes

Children's classes teach basic movements, practical self defense techniques, self confidence, awareness, self esteem and disciplne. Classes are open to beginning students and students with no martial arts experience. Have your children learn Karate in a safe, structured environment.

Adult Karate classes are designed for students of all levels from beginning to advanced. Students will learn practical street application techniques, sparring techniques, and general martial arts movements. Guest instructors will also be teaching other systems.

The Women's Self Defense classes are very straightforward and directed at practical self defense. These classes are open to all ages and will teach situational awarness, confidence and practical proven  self defense skills.
